Information regarding GDPR

The new EU legislation, GDPR, will come into force on May 25 with purpose to protect personal data.

Meter number/consumption are considered as personal data, and because of this you must establish a personal data agreement between you as a personal data responsible and Elvaco in the form of a supplier and personal information assistant if we have any access to it.We have started contacting all our Services customers regarding this, but if you have any questions you are welcome to contact us.
