New software version for CMe3100

A new software release is available for CMe3100 – v1.8.2

Who should upgrade?
All devices should be upgraded at nearest convenient point in time to let users benefit from usability improvements and removed bugs.

Important!
If you have previously upgraded to version 1.4.0, please refer to “PQN 22502-5 Problem with Factory reset in v1.4.0.pdf” or contact our support.

Due to a performance improvement of the log database structure the system log will be cleared during upgrade if upgrading from v1.4.0 or an earlier version.

To download the latest firmware, log on to our support site and navigate to CMe3100 software (under "Infrastructure").
