To Samuel Ört, our newly recruited Head of quality and sustainability, this collaborative perspective is an important part of Elvaco's work. “Every step towards sustainability is a team effort. There is incredibly great potential in Elvaco's products and services, but it's not a one-man show; everyone must contribute to the bigger transition – make it count”, he says. 

With experience from spearheading complex business initiatives, mergers and acquisitions and projects in transformational, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and quality, he knows that meaningful progress comes from engaging everyone – from colleagues and suppliers to customers. 

“What excites me most about my role is how we can turn challenges into opportunities for improvement. Whether it's optimizing our processes or finding innovative solutions with our suppliers, there's always potential for positive change”.

Several times Samuel gets back to involving team members across all departments and says that diverse perspectives lead to better solutions. “Looking ahead, I see great potential in working closely with our customers to develop solutions that benefit both business and environmental goals. We're on this journey together, and that's what makes it both challenging and rewarding.”
