“I believe authenticity and trust are crucial. A leader must be honest, trans- parent, and present for their team. It’s vital to set clear expectations, offer support, and know each employee’s strengths and weaknesses. This ensures that tasks are delegated appropriately, and support is provided where needed.”

 

How does Elvaco approach leadership development?

“We’re currently running a leadership program for all managers. It involves group discussions, practical exercises, and theory. Participants pair up with colleagues they rarely work with to discuss leadership challenges and build networks. Individual coaching is also available. This unified training strengthens collaboration and understanding across departments.”

 

What essential leadership strategies can be employed to attract and retain top talent?

“Offering engaging and challenging roles, alongside broad and deep development opportunities, helps create a workplace

that people take pride in. A clear, inclusive company culture that promotes diversity, with empathetic leaders who consider employees’ work-life balance, is essential for attracting and retaining
